This is probably one of the drawbacks of the MT-07 when you compare it to the MT-09’s YZF-R1 M-inspired TFT display. But, if less electronic faffery and more riding is your thing, then don’t fret. Since its conception in 2014, the MT-07’s biggest selling point has always been its 689 cc parallel-twin mill.
Beyond the Triumph Trident 660 that has given the MT-07 a run for its money for the past couple of years, the new Honda 750 Hornet and Suzuki GSX-8S are really compelling alternatives and generally raising the bar for this class of bike, possibly above what the MT-07 offers. So, what are your thoughts for what needs to change with the MT-07My choice between the Mt-03 or the Mt-07 for a beginner rider would be the z400 or the duke 390. Mt-03 isn’t a bad bike, but it’s a bad value compared to other naked 300-400’s. Mt-07 is an amazing bike, but it’s a bad bike for a beginner. You won’t really lose money on any of these bikes.
When it comes to pricing, it’s clear that the Suzuki GSX-S1000 touts better value for money overall. With a price tag of P710,000, it’s P90,000 cheaper than the MT-10, and boasts more modern features. That being said, what the outgoing Yamaha MT-10 lacks in technology, it makes up for in character. Considered by many to be one of the most

So. I have test-ridden the mt-07 twice and I now own the cb650r. Everything that has been said is definitely correct. However there is more to think about as well. The mt-07 definitely had the lower end torque, but since it is a twin it felt a little "lumpier" while riding. Would be fixed with an aftermarket exhaust though i believe.
Interested to hear your comparison to duke 790. thrasssk • 5 mo. ago. After riding the 660 the mt07 will feel very low spec and cheap. I'd go for the mt09. Even the base model has much better suspension than the 07. Posh427 • 5 mo. ago. You weren’t specific as to how the accident occurred. E60Vp.
