The camera had slight contact to the flat cable while the gimbal tried to calibrate upon startup. In my case there was a little bit glue or something in the corner of the flat cable that stoped the gimbal in calibration. When the Phantom was turned off i could feel a litte drag while turning the camera down.
You most likely powered down the Phantom before stopping video recording. All you need to do is to put the Micro SD card back in the Phantom camera, then power up the Phantom (remove your propellers before hand in case you inadvertently start them turning. Wait for about 60 seconds then power down.

4#. It's the firmware upgrade that destroys circuits on the board, DJI know about this problem and have decided to turn a blind eye. Everything else on the control panel will work, the camera included, just no live feed. (See Photo). You will need to send the drone away for repair. 2019-3-10.
