Honda reccommends 10-40w or 10-30w for COOLER climates. Hey guys, I purchased a used 05 Shadow Aero 750 with out an owners manual. I am in the process of ordering one, but was wondering if someone with an owners manual with the same style bike may be able to help me out with recommended tire pressure. It's recommended to change the rear gear oil after the break in period to remove any resulting impurities. The regular change interval comes after that. Keep in mind that the Honda shaft drive rear gear requires gear oil that is GL5 compatible. Most synthetics are GL5 or better.

My Honda service manual for 1998-2000 VT1100C3 quotes: Engine oil capacity: at draining: 3.3 qt. at filter change: 3.7 qt. at disassembly: 4.2 qt. better to be a little low than having too much oil - due to pressure. so if you're not sure put in about 3.3, ride it then check your level.
